Zebra Data Sciences Ltd specializes in Data and Document Management using web-based systems. The business focus is to enable people to share the same information efficiently and conveniently from any global location. WebDataView is the software product and EzDataRoom is an oil industry service.

Our multi-disciplined staff has extensive experience ranging from office environments through engineering to research. Drawing on this experience enables us to understand problems and customise our products and services to meet client requirements.

Background to WebDataView

WebDataView was initially conceived and then developed following an enquiry from a major oil industry client.

The question was "Is it possible to share original, large electronic document files of various formats that are of high value (and change frequently) amongst our technical staff, spread over seven time zones? We need to do this without the necessity to physically copy and distribute vast quantities of information by manual means. It is also vital that the original files do not leave the owners facilities."

Despite scouring the world NO technology existed that could meet either their initial requirements or their subsequent requests for the files to be manipulated remotely and interactively.

From this initial request, a completely new technology was developed that has started to revolutionise the way information and data are electronically distributed.

The expansion of WebDataView applications, to include Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, PDF files, Images and more as well as industry specific bespoke formats, has enabled the concept of true world-wide access to information and data, without any file size restrictions, to be realised. Not only is this technological advance a major breakthrough but it is also simple to implement, easy to manage and saves time and money for companies.
