Security of your information
Each company has techniques, methods, pricing or other features that discriminate it from its competitors. Maintaining this competitive edge is fundamental to business success. Your documents, data and/or information is therefore vital and you need to keep this information confidential at all times.

Traditionally information has been shared amongst corporate staff through either emails with attachments or by using a Document/Data Management system that provides a ‘rendition’ of files by converting them to HTML. The problem with converting information to HTML is that information gets lost so the user is never totally sure whether they are seeing all of the information or not.

WebDataView works in a totally different way.
For viewing we NEVER send a copy of the original document to a user. Remember our slogan NO downloads.
The user can see and manipulate the document on screen but not actually change it. This might sound restrictive but is part of our security features. For staff who only need to review a document this is fine but for people who need to edit a download option can be granted by your systems administrator. Likewise a ‘Print’ option can be assigned to various people. The Print facility enables any item to be printed at the user’s location, but we still do NOT transfer the original document or file.
Finally we allow users to view the original document in its native format NOT HTML so nothing gets lost.

Q. How do viruses, trojans and other malicious program enter computer systems?
A. Usually through emails, attachments to emails and inappropriate web browsing.
